Mission
Imperial County Community and Economic Development's (ICCED) mission is to work in partnership with local, state and federal agencies to develop greater economic opportunities and improved quality of life for all Imperial County residents.

ICCED helps improve neighborhoods and supports economic growth by securing the financing for water, sewer, roads and housing.
Programs
Our below market rate business loans and infrastructure development projects help businesses to create new and better paying jobs. Our First Time Home Buyer program helps low income families make a down payment on their own homes. Our Housing Rehabilitation program enables low income homeowners to repair, rehabilitate or expand their homes.
ICCED helps businesses access local, state and federal programs for technical assistance, grants and financing.
